Japan version ELO Out Of The Blue The Japanease Version is the best I've heard and I have versions from the U.S, and England the one From Japan is by far the best sounding of them all!!

Review: Wasn't sure if I would be able to play this item, as it was marked as a US DVD promo, but it plays fine on both my DVD players (only one of which is de-regionised). It is purely the video of the single American Idiot, nothing else, but great video (in years to come it will be remembered as one of the classics, I'm sure), must be one of the ultimate must have's for any Green Day collector.
