former music reviewer and journalist, this copy hasa 'Factory Sample'

more than 30 years. The sleeve remains in superb shape
with bright, clean laminate, intact edges, clearly legible spine and
secure flipbacks. The vinyl shows only a couple of isolated scuffs as

Very rare T-shirt I have a very rare T-shirt I am trying to find information on (i.e)How much it's worhte. It's a grey cotton T-shirt from the movie "A LEAGUE OF THEIR OWN" It has the movie title on the front(centerd)while to the right of it there is the image of a woman catching a baseball,with the baseball diamond behind her. In the lower left hand corner of the shirt there is a tag that reads "OFFICIAL CAST AND CREW MERCHANDISE A LEAGUE OF THEIR OWN 1992 columbia pictures industries,inc.All rights reserved. MADE IN U.S.A I am sure this a very rare item as I have spent many hours as well as days looking for any type of image or information about this shirt,and have come up empty handed. Review: Primal Scream Crystal Crescent/Velocity Girl This has to be one of my most favorite Primal Scream songs. I was thrilled to actually find a copy of this 12" single for sale. The copy I purchased is mint. Excellent, well maintained condition, not a thing wrong with it. Plays perfectly and since it's arrived, it's gotten a lot of spins there on my turntable. I love it. My transaction with eil was excellent as well. My record arrived safely, well protected and packaged. Shipping time was just fine, considering I live in the States.

Question to EIL: Scorpions CD single "I Can't Explain" I have a version of this cd single that was purchased at TOWER Records (R.I.P.) back in 1989. This version is a three song version that has "I Can't Explain", plus "Blackout" and "Hey You". But when I do research on this title I can't find any information on it. I've found the one song promo disc. But I've never found this version anywhere Ebay, etc. I've checked Ailbris, All-Music you name it I can't find this version anywhere. The Official Site doesn't even list it. I was wondering first why? And then I was wondering what the value of this pressing might be?

Denny D'ell - A Woman Called Sorrow Denny was the lead singer of The Honeycombs and have always loved the way he sang. He had a unique sound much like Frankie Valli and Larry Henley (he of The Newbeats). Having all The Honeycombs records, I turned my attention to getting his 3 singles (of which I have 2 out of 3). It's a great tune done in Denny's inimitable style, and the flip side (a cover of Bobby Vee's The Night Has A Thousand Eyes) is great too. Well worth searching out.

Review: Bruce Springsteen - Born to Run Live CD single This is my first purchase from eil.com and I can recommend this site for finding rare records, CD's and music merchandise. Ordering is easy and the item arrived in great condition. I am a big Springsteen fan, especially of his live concerts which are a fantastic experience. The CD is a set of 4 live songs from the 80's and is a great addition to my collection of the Boss's LP's and CD's.

I've ceased to see where I'm going... As ever, I first got this new as a "palm tree" label Island stereo LP, and now have the expanded CD and the deluxe double CD "Collector's" version. Also as ever, I have always wanted to find a pink label copy of the LP, so when this MONO copy came up, I could not resist.
Just as vinyl sounds sometimes better than digital, just so sometimes mono sounds better than stereo, the prime examples being the first 4 Beatles albums.
I have yet to play this gem, but will do so in about two weeks time, when I get a short break from the daily grind.

Jethro Tull "Stand Up" with pink "eye" Island label As usual, I already have this album in various guises, and it is certainly one of my top ten favourite LPs of all time. I first bought it on vinyl with the "palm tree" label, and now have the expanded CD and deluxe multi-disc repackage also. I have always slightly regretted having this one on a label that wasn't pink, so when this gem came up I was anxious to get it. The inner sleeve is wrong, however, so I'll swap it for the one in my original LP.
If by chance you have never heard this, you are missing a real treat. It is a sheer joy to listen to, from beginning to end, and, incidentally, the most eclectic thing they ever did.
