2 different copies of Layla And Other Assorted Love Songs I Hello everyone! I have 2 copies of Layla An Other Assorted Love Songs by Derek And The Dominos that I can't seem to find any info on them. Here's what I have:
The first copy is actually signed by Eric Clapton. The odd thing is the first album has side 1 on the front and side 4 on the back. The second copy is odd because the actual label on the album says Layla Derek And The Dominos instead of Layla And Other Assorted Love Songs. Riding With the King About time Clapton stopped with the middle of the road dreary crap and put out a real blues album 10/10 for effort but a couple of the tracks fall a bit flat - GREAT version of the John Hiatt title track though and the cover of Sam & Daves 'Hold On I'm Coming' is cool. Another great thing about this item is the promo artwork - better than the commercial issue*
