sonicyouthbrigade London UNITED KINGDOM Created Thu 19th Apr '12 17:56 (GMT)Looking for 1st solo album on Sony by Paul Collins of The Be I am looking to purchase either the CD, vinyl. cassette of the self-titled album "Paul Collins," which was originally released by Sony in the 1990s. The CD was on eBay, but ended for roughly 1000 and I was a losing bidder. The album features Chris Isaak's band Silvertone, Sheryl Crow guitarist/songwriter Jeff Trott and Americana songwriter Chuck Prophet. The album was intended to be Collins' breakthrough album and featured the radio singles "In Another World," and "You Can't Go Back," which became a hit in Europe.I would prefer to purchase an official release of Collins' masterpiece solo album, which features a variety of celebrity guests in rock music. More recenty and with help from artists such as Cat Power and Green Day, Paul Collins and his groups The Nerves and The Beat have experienced a major comeback, which has resulted in reissues of his other albums with The Beat and The Nerves. Collins' solo album is the only title which has not been re-released as of yet. Please email me if you would be interested in selling a copy either new or used.[reply to this topic ]

I like the Russian spelling on the cover, and the idea to produce it as a double feature is hilarious. I'm glad I own it.[reply to this topic ]

A bit disappointed but as I say the part of the CD I an most interested in plays perfectly. Shame it's not a fully mint CD though...[reply to this topic ]

Satriani57 Burton Latimer, Northants UNITED KINGDOM Created Thu 5th Apr '12 07:53 (GMT)Sandie Shaw, 7" Puppet on a String I have this by Pye, but made in Trinidad, West Indies. Does the fact that it was pressed in such a small island have any significance? It has a white label, and is numbered 7N - 17272. If there is any significant value I will keep or sell on, otherwise it goes to a charity shop. I also Have Tom Jones, Help Yourself by London ffrr made in Jamaica for Decca, so the same question applies.[reply to this topic ]

Vinyl , including Out Of Control, I Will Follow, 11

sleeve and with the PVC display pack complete with headercard.
The PVC displays some minor signs of age and has split in a few
places, but the card header is complete with only light signs of
age. The sleeves show some light general wear with some
foxing, whilst the vinyl looks barely played. Even with these
minor flaws this is still one of the hardest vinyl U2 rarities to find
with most now in private collections!) View this product

signature looks like 'Kawj Bop' but probably isn't. A superb slice of

StellaC Iluka, NSW AUSTRALIA Created Mon 19th Mar '12 00:21 (GMT)Rare ? Joe Cocker promo poster....NEED HELP !! 2 days ago I found a beautiful black and white poster promoting Joe Cocker Album "You can leave your hat on". It is not for the film 91/2 weeks I have never seen it before neither can i find any sign of it on the web. It is of a semi nude woman in a bowler hat taken side on arms on hat visable side breast naked tummy with a sweater tied around hips or waist face looks like Cathrine Ztea Jones or maybe Monica Belluchi but maybe nobody as it is dated 1986 so both women may be too young. Down one side in black letters is.....you can leave your hat on new single from Joe Cocker Album produced by Ritchie Zeto Capital records and the pic is by Doug Hyum . With all that info you would think that there would be some trace of it....i can take a pic if I must.... but has anyone ever seen anything like this ? I would sell my beauty if it was worth something. She really is a beauty, it is an amazing pic in good condition and framed[reply to this topic ]
