Limited Edition Picture Disks I have some limited edition picture LPs from the 70s, some that have never been opened. Any idea of value?
The unopened ones are Beatles Abbey Road (SEAX-11900) and Pink Floyd Dark Side of The Moon (SEAX-11902).
I have other picture LPssuch as Barry Manilow, Rod Stewart, Elvis Presley which although they are opened, have never been played.
And I have coloured LPs, such as Graham Parker (Pink), Saturday Night Fever (Silver), Elton John (Yellow) and Lethal Weapon Various Artists (White).
I have no idea where to look, but someone told me last night that some of these could be worth quite a bit, so can someone advise me where to look (Sotheby's, etc??)

He sits in his office and trawls through old records then puts together a mixed tape for this lot of karaoke singers to churn out more hideous dross to 8 year olds!! Here's an idea for the group. Try getting some original material, or better still SPLIT UP!!!

These were withdrawn due to the illegible print on the label, with very few left in existence.
MADONNA DEEPER AND DEEPER US PROMO CD this cd that you have is a madonna rarity too, it does not come with cover or back inflay but it is original can be sold on ebay for more than 50.00 dollars, my copy is like this one and very hard to get ok
Question to EIL: Confessions UK 12" Promos hello, those promos indeed exists but they are very hard to find I only have seen on ebay here In Miami the 12" hung up and the confessions album promo vinyl but they had been sold for more than 100.00 each,

A frustrating visit to a local record fair which has a strange policy
of no laptops... so my amazing buying memory/human technology had to

Bonus Tracks Beware when ordering over the internet of items listed as UK pressings with bonus tracks available only in the UK. Sometimes you don't get what you are expecting. This has happened to me many times with many different sellers. Often the information listed about an item is "canned" and was released before the CD was, and at the last minute the track listing changed. Or other times the UK pressing indeed has extra tracks but when I tried to purchase this I ended up getting one "made in the EU" and it did not have the extra tracks. The latest example was Chicago 16 and Chicago 17, both listed with extra tracks not available in any other country but the UK. I got EU copies without the extra tracks and had to return them. Espirit did this as well. I had trouble finding out if there indeed were UK copies available with extra tracks, but apparently the extra tracks were cancelled. So if you are ordering just for UK-only tracks, beware.

cover version hello world hav u any comments on bonio/green day current version in comparison 2 the late adamson/jobson original? heard it 4 the 1st time 2day and i think they've done a good job. does anyone know how many red vinyl copies were originally pressed and how much a F/G copy fetches currently?

I have seen copies on occasion but it is relatively difficult to find now.
