Saul Watson - Product Promotion Planet Rock News Roger Rewrites The Wall: Roger Waters is renovating Floyd's epic 'The Wall' for Broadway! In a recent interview he disclosed he had been working with a writer called Lee Hall to convert the concept album/film into a piece of musical theatre. Waters wants the project to be a humorous reworking, he says: "I'm writing a bunch of laughs into The Wall" and hopes it will hit the US floorboards within the next two years. Motley Cruise & Tour: The boys are back! Motley Crue will be tearing up the UK for dates at Donington Park (9th June), London's Hammersmith Apollo (11th) and Manchester Apollo (12th). "LIVE" TICKETS NOW!!: The ticket lottery for the London leg of Live Earth starts Friday 13th April at midday. Genesis, Foo Fighters and the Red Hot Chilli Peppers are amongst the line-up for this one of seven music events taking place around the world on July 7th to raise awareness of the threat of climate change. To get hold of a ticket you'll have to log on to the live earth website and register your details. It’s open through the weekend until Monday. A lottery system’s in place, so if you’re lucky enough to be picked you’ll be sent details of how to purchase your tickets. They’re £55 each and limited to a pair per buyer. BON JOVI PLAY O2: Bon Jovi will be the first music act to play "the O2". The 23,000 capacity arena (originally the Millennium Dome in Greenwich, London) has been reinstated as a music venue due to its great acoustics designed for modern musicians with good clear views. Bon Jovi will christen the O2 on the 24th June by playing their only UK show this year, followed by the release of their new single (You Want To) Make a Memory from their new album 'Lost Highway' out 11th June. [What we can't quite work out is why Mr Bon Jovi decided to play in London on the same night that Aerosmith play their first show in the capital in almost a decade.
