We've had an update from the Author and the release date for these has now unfortunately been moved to the end of July.

Always looking for perfection, the author was not happy with the quality of the initial proofs and had them re-done. As a consequence he missed his allocated printing run time slot, which will now be mid-July.

The first copies should be with us for shipping out to you by the beginning of August. Apologies for any inconvenience caused from both ourselves & the author.

2007 UK limited edition 3 FORMAT single set containing 6 tracks across a CD single and 2 x 7" vinyl picture discs, produced by Rob Cavallo this stomping single is reminiscent of classic seventies glam rock with it's anthemic simplicity marking it out from the theatrical feel of The Black Parade set plus you'll get both 'Dead' and 'Mama' performed live! Sadly, since then, Lemmy has had to withdraw from his eagerly awaited festival appearance due to illness. Regardless of this disappointing news, we highly recommend this great little festival - dubbed the 3 days of Quark Strangeness and Charm - to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the band's seminal album of the same name.

 

After a 10 year wait, we finally get proof that the long awaited Guns N’ Roses album Chinese Democracy actually exists...in part! 

According to Classic Rock Magazine, several tracks from the highly anticipated album have been leaked onto the net, finding their way onto GnR fan forums and websites. GNR keyboardist Dizzy Reed suspects the leak was due to a recent commercial the band were contributing to. He explains on the GNR website "We were doing a commercial with Harley-Davidson. "Axl's lawyers are currently trying to contain the material. GNR's tour is set to start this month but we have yet to receive a release date for the new album Chinese Democracy. We’re thinking … sometime before hell freezes over!!!

 

Journey's end: After only six months with the band, Journey have parted ways with Jeff Scott Soto, the named lead singer. Soto replaced Steve Augeri last December when he was taken ill with an acute throat infection during the Def Leppard tour.

 

The band will now be spending time with their families for the rest of the year while Soto continues to play music festivals across the US.

 

Die hard Journey fans should tune into the last ever episode of The Sopranos, it finishes with the top ten hit “Don’t Stop Believing”. Even the Mafia know how to rock!
