Hi Everyone! I hope you are settling into 2008 with all of your resolutions still intact. I'm holding off on my resolutions for a while, at least until the morning I wake up with an anticipated epiphany and kickstart them into action. But for now, I'll just eat more. Already this year, the collectables are moving fast and thick. recording studio for their first sessions together following their successful
world tour of 2005/2006. Indeed, both singer/songwriter and founding member of
Free/Bad Company Paul Rodgers and Brian May have been quoted on their websites
as being "quietly excited" about the music that has been produced from this
creative union. Spurred on by their commitments as
Ambassadors to Nelson Mandela's 46664 HIV AIDS global campaign, on which the
spotlight will fall December 1 with a World Aids Day awareness and fundraising
concert in Johannesburg, South Africa, Brian May, Roger Taylor and Paul Rodgers
are rushing to finish a track specially written for 46664 by Roger Taylor and

Hello, Everyone. What kind of year was 2007 for you? It all seems a messy blur to me in so many ways. Best to leave the past in the past, and keep looking forward! I should tattoo that on my hand, because I'm bound to forget in a day or two... but onward and upward, right?

Despite feeling pretty rotten I went home and prepared all the vegetables and cooked the meat ready for the main event of Christmas Day – nope not the Queens speech, or even the presents – the eating! My favourite part of the Christmas period, all the things you get to eat, guilt free (until 1st January anyway). Chocolates, cake, pudding, sausage rolls, chips and dips, YUM! So much food and so little time. Two days just isn’t enough to consume everything, but still back to work…….
I hope the festive period has been enjoyable for you all and I hope Santa has bought you all the things you asked for. If not why not treat yourself to a post Christmas present from my latest arrivals? There’s so much to choose from, take a look……

Recorded in Dallas, Memphis and Miami with Stu Sikes [who also worked on Loretta Lynn's Grammy-winning 'Van Lear Rose'], 'Jukebox' contains twelve tracks, eleven of which are covers and one, 'Song To Bobby', is brand new and a suitable inclusion as she wrote it about meeting Bob Dylan for the first time (it also precedes her version of 'I Believe In You' on this record).

Happy Holidays, Everyone. I'm working as hard as Santa this week, trying to get everything caught up and squared away in order to present you with the best possible items from which to choose. But unlike Santa, it's not important whether you are naughty or nice, just so long as you know what you want, and you jump on that desire! This week, I'd like to spotlight an item we are offering for the first time ever. In 1964, Charlie Watts wrote a tribute to the inimitable Charlie Parker entitled ODE TO A HIGH FLYING BIRD , which we are proud to offer for sale today -- ONLY ONE COPY AVAILABLE! Twenty-Seven years later, the book was reprinted for Charlie's reissue box set, FROM ONE CHARLIE TO ANOTHER . I'd like to be able to offer out dozens of both editions, but there's always a little Scrooge mixed in with Santa, it seems. I shall now point you toward this original 1965 stereo pressing of ... Sgt. Elvis was discharged on March 2, 1960 & continues to have hits, even from beyond the grave, right up to the present day.

Monday
Traditionally one of the busiest days of the week – lots of emails to attend to from over the weekend plus regular meeting with the Sales Team in the morning. Lunchtime a regular supplier arrived at the office with a few more of the Beatles ‘Stop Worrying Help Is On The Way’ press kits. If you want one I suggest grabbing them quick as there are just a couple left now!
The afternoon passed in a blur – I was off to see the mighty Zeppelin at O2 that night and couldn’t wait. I’m not going to bore you with how magnificent the concert was because either you’re not interested in the reunion at all or if you are interested then you’ve no doubt read countless reviews for yourself by now. Needless to say I agree with the reviews I read. For a concert that supposedly couldn’t possibly live up to all the hype, it did just that – I will remember it forever!
