Produced by David Bowie, the record reconnects with the raw drive and swagger that defined Iggy's work with The Stooges, while refining it into a leaner, more song-focused set. It includes some of the most recognisable tracksin Iggy Pop's catalogue, among them "Lust For Life", "The Passenger", "Success" and "Some Weird Sin". Bowie's involvement remains important, but the album keeps Iggy firmly at the centre, pushing his voice, attitude and melodic instincts to the fore across one of the standout rock records of its era.
