Chuck Timely & The Hourglass is the third studio album from Role Model, the project of Maine-born, LA-based singer-songwriter Tucker Pillsbury. Where his previous two records tracked the boom and bust of his highly publicised relationship with internet personality Emma Chamberlain, this album steps outside straightforward autobiography by way of Chuck Timely, a fictional time-traveller narrator Pillsbury has described as having crossed paths with both Michael Jackson and Olivia Rodrigo. He's been careful to stress it isn't a concept album in the strict sense, telling Rolling Stone he "wrote all the songs and then came up with this Chuck thing" afterward to tie them together, the material itself drawing on a genuinely transformative period of soul-searching between relationships. ZAPPAtite makes its first-ever appearance on vinyl with this collection, drawing eighteen compositions across Frank Zappa's career, from his early psychedelic rock beginnings through avant-garde experimentation, jazz-rock and orchestral suites. The set was compiled by Zappa's son Ahmet alongside longtime Zappa archivist Joe Travers, presented across four food-themed sides, Appetizers, Entrées, Second Course and Dessert, with cover art depicting Zappa in a diner and a tracklist styled as a menu. BARRINGTON LEVY Money Move (2026 UK/EU 8-track LP, restored and remastered on black vinyl for its first release outside Jamaica in over 40 years. By the early 1980s, Barrington Levy had emerged as one of the defining voices of Jamaican dancehall, a teenage prodigy who'd already helped establish the genre's harder, more danceable sound alongside producer Junjo Lawes before recording Money Move for George Phang in 1984. The album is built on rhythms Sly & Robbie createdspecifically for Phang's productions, a rhythm section that shaped much of dancehall's sound throughout the decade, and features "Money Move" itself alongside "Praise His Name," a track that went on to become a genuine anthem within Jah Shaka's UK sound system scene. The record was recorded and mixed at Dynamic Sounds and Channel One, two of Kingston's most storied studios, and edited at Prince Jammy's Music Room. Unavailable for over 40 years and never previously released outside Jamaica, this edition marks the album's first appearance in the UK, restored and remastered for its best-ever sound. The sleeve reproduces original artwork by celebrated Jamaican illustrator Wilfred Limonious, whose work has become highly collectable in its own right. Recommended)

HAMMER HORROR Shatter | Original Soundtrack Selections (Limited Collector's Edition 2026 UK LP pressed on Orange Vinyl. Composed by David Lindup for the 1974 Hammer Films action-thrillerShatter, this score blends funky library music, wah-wah guitars and Quincy Jones-style jazz elements, with its main theme drawing heavily on the brass-heavy funk and soul sound of Isaac Hayes' Shaft. Much of Lindup's score was buried beneath the film's action sound effects in its original theatrical release, and the soundtrack was never commercially released in any form until now. This edition restores around thirty minutes of music, including the main theme, alternate cues and incidental pieces, marking the score's first-ever vinyl release and presenting it as originally intended. Lindup, who worked closely with John Dankworth and composed extensively for KPM library music, also scored Games That Lovers Play, White Cargo, The Spiral Staircase and the film version of Rising Damp, alongside television work including The Persuaders! and Journey to the Unknown. This release forms part of Hammer Films' new range of remastered soundtracks, presented in deluxe packaging with newly restored audio. Recommended)

Oh Yeah? is the self-produced follow-up to Steve Lacy's Grammy-winning Gemini Rights, continuing the Compton artist's push across the boundaries of modern pop, alternative and R&B following the billion-stream success of "Dark Red" and global number one "Bad Habit." DON BROCO Technology (2026 UK/EU limited edition 16-track double album 2-LP pressed on Transparent Yellow Vinyl, limited to just 1,000 copies. Technology, Don Broco's third studio album, arrived in February 2018 as a deliberate reaction against the more traditional songwriting of its predecessor, Automatic. As frontman Rob Damiani put it, the band set out with no rules this time, wanting the record to simply "feel good," filtering their 80s-inflected pop-rock through metal, funk and electronic production with producers Dan Lancaster and Grammy winner Jason Perry. The album carries seven singles, including "Everybody," "Pretty" and the title track, and drew strong reviews on release, Rock Sound gave it 9/10 and Drowned in Sound 8/10, cementing it as a genuine turning point in the Bedford band's sound. Sweetnighter, Weather Report's third studio album, originally released in 1973, marks the first appearance of the funkier, edgier sound that would cometo define much of the band's later work, driven by Joe Zawinul's growing pull toward groove and R&B elements. Weather Report proved one of the more enduring jazz-fusion groups of the era, outlasting contemporaries including Herbie Hancock's Headhunters and the Mahavishnu Orchestra across a sixteen-year run built on repeated personnel change under Zawinul's continued direction. The album features Zawinul alongside Wayne Shorter, Miroslav Vitouš, Andrew White, Herschel Dwellingham, Eric Gravatt, Muruga Booker and Dom Um Romão, and includes "125th Street Congress" and "Boogie Woogie Waltz," with closing track "Non-Stop Home" pointing toward the sound the band would go on to develop further.
