polished, contemporary production. Written by band members
Tommy Longhurst, Andrew Burge, Clem Cherry, and Marcus
Yates, the album reflects a period of self-examination and
growth. Production duties were handled in-house by Cherry
and Yates alongside DanDlion, with mixing by Lee Smith and
mastering by Chris Gehringer, giving the record a clean,
punchy finish that supports its melodic focus. The tracklist
brings together all of the group's recent standout singles,
including "I Keep On Messing It Up", "You Hate That I'm In
Love", "Emotionally Hungover", and "Saké", while expanding
their sound across a cohesive full-length statement. The
