album from The Afghan Whigs, arriving as the band marks 40
years since forming in Cincinnati. Fronted by Greg Dulli
alongside longtime bassist John Curley, therecord was
written and recorded across Joshua Tree, New Orleans, East
Hollywood and Cincinnati, with guest contributions from
<B>Petra Haden</B> and My Morning Jacket's <B>Bo
Koster</B>. Dulli has singled out "Duvateen" as the album's
emotional centre, calling it "one of my favorite songs I've
ever written," a track built around the light-absorbing fabric
as a metaphor running through the record's exploration of
mortality and identity. The album includes singles "House Of
