DEEP PURPLE USA Tour 1976 (Rare US 10-page tour programme,
with black & white pages inside featuring a group biography and a
page for each band member along with a group photo. All the text and
images are different to that used on the UK programme for the same
year. Along with a discography page at the back, with a two colour
(purple & blue) card cover with white highlights and a plain white
back. Printed in the UK by T W Pegg, Fulham, published by J K Smith,
Heston, and sold on the US tour with excess stock later sold off at the
UK shows the same year. The details for the merchandise inside is
priced in US dollars but a with a UK address. Later copies, mostly the
ones used in the UK has a page of new text pasted on that used for
Glenn Hughes as he objected to the text on his page. This copy is in a
really nice condition, considering it is almost fifty years old and made
out of paper, the cover has some light general wear, more visible to
the plain back cover, but has no rips or splits. A stunning item and the first we have ever seen!).
