on Afro-pop, dub, and experimental influences. Produced by
Dennis Bovell, Dick O'Dell, and the band themselves, the
album's adventurous spirit and rhythmic fluidity cemented
The Slits as fearless innovators at the intersection of punk
and world music. Backing vocals from <B>Neneh Cherry</B>
