Originally released in 1980, Reaching For The Sky is the second album by Dutch pop band Renée - a record that has only grown in stature with time. Blending elements of soft rock with touches of dub, funk, and disco, the album was an adventurous step that defied simple categorisation. Over the years, its tracks have resurfaced in niche YouTube algorithms, books and found their way into DJ sets by tastemakers such as Prins Thomas.
