Now regarded as a British R&B classic, at the time this great LP failed to make an impression. As a result few copies were sold and it is now incredibly hard to find!
Condition:
The sleeve shows obvious shelfwear/discolouration, mainly to the unlaminated back. The spine shows scuffing, although the front image is still bright and unfaded with beautiful, rich colours. All text on the reverse is still legible.
The 'rough' textured black Fontana labels have a few spindle marks around the centre hole, but this album was made to be played, so why not ?
Although obviously played, with light scuffing/hairlines throughout most are cosmetic in nature. Thanks to the heavyweight vinyl & quality pressing, surface noise is kept to a minimum.
A Good play copy, if not mint, issue of this landmark release!
