Malcolm McLaren Duck Rock - 40th Anniversary + Duck For The Oyster Art Print UK 2-LP vinyl record set (Double LP Album) Tracklisting / Additional Info: - Features 2nd disc with material never previously issued on vinyl - Reworked artwork approved by Malcolm McLaren estate - MM and duck rock features heavily in global touring Street Art show (Saatchi Gallery) - Documentary lined up for end of year - Designed by Daniel Mason Originally intended for its 25th trip round the sun, this 40th anniversary edition of Duck Rock lands on its original birthday - 27th May - as a limited LP + bonus 12" with indies-only "Duck For The Oyster" art print. The bonus 12” record is intended to provide a separation between Duck Rock and the other tracks that have been remastered for this anniversary release. An image of the Duck Rock manifesto (type written by Malcolm McLaren at the time of the 1983 release) is printed to one face and presages the page layout of a book accompanying a more elevated boxed edition due later in 2023. The album is housed inside a cellophane bag to which 2 Hype stickers are attached. The Blue Hype sticker is a facsimile of the label adhered to copies of the original release. For the anniversary edition this will be sequentially numbered for the first pressing. The other hype sticker follows the design tropes of the South African pressing of Double Dutch.
