The sleeve is front laminated with no flipbacks & grades Very Good. There is no writing on the cover; there's a small paper tear on the back opening edge. The sleeve and label lists Side 1 track 4 as I Need You Baby. There is the 'Printed In England' credit on the back. The colours are still unfaded & there with only minor ring wear creasing. The back panel shows only the odd minor cosmetic mark & all text is clearly legible.

The disc plays through without jumps or clicks. It plays a nice VG & sounds especially good on strictly mono playback. There is very little evidence of the worn out 'burring' so often found at moments of maximum stylus frenzy & the superior pressing from this era holds its sound quality far better than latter era pressings. Overall the sound is far better than looking at the actual vinyl might suggest. Visually there are some spindle marks both sides of the labels & some minor paper hairlines not affecting play.

Labels - The colour of the labels are deep red with bright siver print. The Decca logo is 'unboxed' with 'Recording First Published...' lettering and 'Made In England - The Decca Record Co Ltd.' perimiter text.

Vinyl - The 'Tell Me' track is the long version also found with this label design and tracklisting on the reverse of the sleeve & the label listing Side 1 Track 4 as 'I Need You Baby' rather than 'Mona'.

Matrices read:
XARL-6271-2A on side 1 and XARL-6272-3A on side 2.

A very decent VG copy of this rare & hard to find Stones original.
