The Beatles Brunch Bag With Thermos Flask US memorabilia

This is an incredible item in astonishing condition for something that is over forty years old and actually used by some teenage fan all those years ago.
GENERAL CONDITION :
BRUNCH BAG
The bag itself is of sturdy reinforced light blue vinyl construction & has stood the test of time amazingly well. There are no splits or tears anywhere.
The only evidence of age/use is in some light wear to the edges & a few scuffs to the sides that are only noticable upon close inspection.
The zip is still fully functional & still firmly attached to the main body & the lid.
The handle, too, is also still firmly attached to the body with the gold effect metal fastenings, although slightly tarnished, still retaining their shine.
The front features a grouping of colour sylised artwork portraits with facsimile signatures & '© NEMS ENTERPRISES LTD 1965' text in black. Although it has faded, upon close inspection there can also be seen the familiar band logo with long 'T' above the design in white.
THERMOS
This is still intact !
The metal base & rims show some rust tarnishing but without any serious pitting, showing that this item was stored in a fairly dry environment - This would have been the effect of being washed regularly all those years ago !
There is some light wear to the outside of the stopper but nothing unreasonable.
As previously mentioned, the cup lid is absent.
The picture design on the sides was intended to survive being washed regularly & it has.
There are a few areas of rust tarnishing around the rims & edges but the main design is remarkably free from any major blemishes - Incredible considering what it is.
The main design exhibits only a few pinpoint marks with just one ¼" diameter mark being of any note.
The image itself consists of an art stylisation of the band in concert on one side with their faces & facsimile signatures on the other of a similar design to that on the outside on the brunch bag itself.
Around the base of the flask is '© 1965 N E M S Enterprises, Ltd.'& 'ALADDIN INDUSTRIES INCORPORATED NASHVILLE, TENN. USA' text in black.
A Stunning item in wonderful condition.
A true piece of history-come-to-life that was there when it happened & lived to tell the tale!
