my order hasn't arrived, what do I do?
You can check the progress of your orders from eil.com using our order tracking service. If your order has already been dispatched, please contact your local sorting office - this is the most common location for lost parcels. If your order has still not arrived after 4 weeks please e-mail sales@eil.com (or your personal sales person), remembering to quote your order number.
