bruce AUSTRALIA Created Thu 7th Aug '08 05:04 (GMT)Review: Info - This is a unique Australian Half Speed Master cut by Festival Records using the same master tape that cut AUDIO 5 from a couple of years earlier. EMI didn't have colour pressing facility so subcontracted it out to Festival Records. Includes inner groove material as well. All up just over 9000 pressed. Shali1981 UNITED KINGDOM Created Tue 1st Jul '08 14:09 (GMT)Paperback Writer single...potential misprint? Hi I am looking for some information about the Paperback writer/rain single relase, I have a copy of it where the single has Rain printed on both sides instead of paperback writer being printed on the B side which is the song it plays. I was wondering if anyone could tell me if this is a common mistake as I have tried researching misprints but with no look. I would appreciate any help that you can give me. Thank You[reply to this topic ]
Sarah318 Miford, New York UNITED KINGDOM Created Sun 11th May '08 05:35 (GMT)Review: a copy of "The Beatles Talk" was given to me by my friends mother, other than a very small water mark on a few pages (the mark does not compromise any photos or texts and is exceptionally small). All pages and photos are in great condition. I have a feeling the person who gave it to me did not know what they were giving away Honestly, I have no idea what to do with it. : ) I really love it though. any ideas on how much it could be worth.[reply to this topic ]

bruce AUSTRALIA Created Fri 18th Apr '08 04:46 (GMT)Review: Por Siempre Spanish album. Initially issued in MONO and later in reprocessed or fake stereo. Fake stereo version taken from original mono master tape which was made up by dubbing from vinyl records. This why all songs have fade ups and fade downs at beginning and end of each song, so eliminate the crackle at the beginning and end of each song. However an excellent collection of single tracks on album.[reply to this topic ]

westerby1 bradford, west yks UNITED KINGDOM Created Fri 7th Mar '08 14:30 (GMT)Review: me again! I know sdw12 that the amount one is offered for an item is less than it will eventually be advertised at, that's how they make their money. My point was that eil have not got back to me at all, not even offered a penny! Plus I did some research and was told that these sell for a maximum of £150 in an unused condition, in a used condition between £50 to £80. Therefore my conclusion is eil are offering this at a grossly inflated price, but when I first saw it, being a novice, I thought I may be able to sell them mine for about £100 to £200. The whole point of my comment was just to say I was disappointed when I found out this was not the case.[reply to this topic ]
Re: THE BEATLES Single Carry Case (Very rare 1964 UK officially
licenced record carry case produced by Seagull Enterprises designed
to carry sixteen 7" singles in individual PVC pockets. The case has a
great picture of the Fabs on the front & two foldaway plastic carry
handles. All of the internal pockets are intact & undamaged & the
outside is superb with the only real sign of its forty years being some
tarnishing to the four brass rivets at the bottom - Fab!) View this product

naturalcurl , WV USA Created Mon 29th Oct '07 14:35 (GMT)The Beatles Let it Be album Hello world. I was cleaning out my attic and came across an old Beatles album that was given to me a long time ago. I am thinking about selling it because quite frankly, it has never been my kind of music to listen to. If anyone has any interest in buying it or can tell me how much it is worth, if anything, I would appreciate any info. Again its the Let it Be album, with poster included, played only a few times and is in very good condition.[reply to this topic ]
moptop UNITED KINGDOM Created Tue 23rd Oct '07 00:56 (GMT)CP35-3016 Lovely you have a genuine Toshiba NOT Sony/CBS or FAKE pressing there. Is the import sticker you are referring to a round gold sticker with the catalogue number on it and have you retained the same? Or is/was it something else? I have noticed that there is much confusion over the variations. Which I suppose isn't surprising after all there are currently ten genuine alternate pressings identified and one factory pressed fake, which carries a CP35-3016 17A1 matrix., easily identifiable by it's unique font used for the mastering matrix. It is common for sellers to identify any version without an obi as a Sony/CBS pressing but this is in error, and would have you believe that this is a very rare release, there are considerably rarer Beatles CD's this is just very popular. How many people do you know that have the Canadian pressing of Help! and Rubber Soul with the genuine mixes rather than the 1987 remixes. I am currently creating a guide to ALL the variations and now have located ten , although an original would be nice. All The Best PS EIL I note that you haven’t identified which pressing you currently have for sale.[reply to this topic ]
