PULP More (2025 Japanese limited edition 12-track CD. Twenty-four years after We Love Life, Pulp return with More- a new studio album forged in the afterglow of their triumphant 2023 reunion tour. The album began to take shape with "Hymn of the North," performed live for the first time in Sheffield. What followed was a wave of fresh creativity: new songs took form in early 2024, with contributions from Richard Hawley, Jason Buckle, and backing vocals from members of the Eno family. The string arrangements, penned by bassist Richard Jones and performed by the Elysian Collective, add cinematic scope to an album filled with warmth, reflection, and dark wit. Recorded in just three weeks with producer James Ford in Walthamstow, London, More is a testament to a band rediscovering their voice with urgency and purpose. Includes the bonus track for Japan: Open Strings, housed in a card wallet picture sleeve with lyrics, bonus sticker and the all-important exclusive obi-strip.
