THE CONGOS Heart Of The Congos (Limited edition 2000 UK double vinyl Simply Vinyl reissue of the classic '70s Jamaican 10-track LP housed in a picture sleeve within a Simply Vinyl branded PVC sleeve with the stickers still intact. Absolute stone cold classic roots reggae album produced by Lee 'Scratch' Perry at the legendary Black Ark studios, featuring the close harmonies of the Congos over top of a rock solid rhythm section created by Sly Dunbar, Boris Gardiner, Ernest Ranglin and Winston Wright, gatefold picture sleeve. The PVC sleeve shows abit of shelfwear but both picture sleeve and vinyl remain in Near Mint condition with very little sign of wear)

The picture sleeve has a crease to each corner but otherwise shows little wear. Both vinyl discs are Excellent with few signs of play VP4143)

Absolute stone cold classic roots reggae album produced by Lee 'Scratch' P erry at the legendary Black Ark studios, featuring the close harmonies of the Congos over top of a rock solid rhythm section created by Sly Dunbar, Boris Gardiner, Ernest Ranglin and Winston Wright, gatefold picture sleeve. The sleeve shows the lightest amount of sheflwear, evident upon close inspection. The vinyl is pristine apart from a single small cosmetic scuff which cannot be felt to the touch and does not have any impact on play. A stunning example, the best we have ever seen BAFLP009)
