Elvis Presley's 12th studio album That's The Way It Is (1970) captures the King at a pivotal point, blending eight studio recordings from RCA Nashville with four live performances from The International Hotel in Las Vegas. The release coincided with the documentary film of the same name, showcasing Elvis as both a commanding stage presence and a refined studio artist. This edition comes housed in a deluxe sleeve with a textured linen laminate finish and gold hype sticker. Limited to 2,000 individually numbered copies, it remains a landmark album in Elvis' celebrated Vegas period).
