true Maiden fan just doesn't want to miss - Mega rare original UK
3-track Rock Hard Records label vinyl 7" EP, released on the 9th
November 1979 and features three songs taken from the demo tape
Spaceward. The songs were recorded by the band on New Year's Eve
1978/79 and includes 'Prowler', 'Invasion' and 'Iron Maiden' - all would
later appear on their first album but the version on this EP appear in a
more rougher form. This was also the only recording to feature the
band as a four piece [Paul Di'Anno - Vocals, Dave Murray - guitar,
Steve Harris - bass guitar and Doug Sampson - drums]. Complete with
the original top opening heavy card flipback picture sleeve with a curve
cut out on the back. What makes this copy even more special is that it
has been fully AUTOGRAPHED circa 1979/80 by the early
line-up of Paul Di'Anno, Dave Murray, Dennis Stratton and Clive Burr
across the front in a black felt pen and Steve Harris in a blue ball point
pen)

This amazing 7" is just one you must not miss.
Limited to only 5,000 copies, all of the initial pressings were sold by mail order in less than a week.
Sleeve
As mentioned this is an original and geninue issue of the EP still housed in the original top opening thick card flipback picture sleeve with defined recess on back. The sleeve has a few minor storage marks with light scuffing on the very edge but no tears.
Autographs
Although not signed by the line-up that recorded this EP it is still a very early line-up of Paul Di'Anno, Dave Murray, Dennis Stratton and Clive Burr across the front in a black felt pen and Steve Harris. Dennis Stratton left the band in 1980 and was replaced by Adrian Smith and Clive Burr joined the band in 1979 replacing Doug Sampson.
Vinyl
This was issued by Rock Hard Records and has red labels with black text, with a 1 inch diamator raised centre
On the run-out vinyl it has the following:

ROK-1-B LYN 7628-IT *EG* SA - hand scratch
The vinyl has a few minor surface marks and would be classed as very good but plays without any problems.
This was obtained from a serious collector of Heavy Metal [NWOBHM] of that era and has been looked after very well.
This is truly one of those once in a lifetime opportunities to own an amazing piece of history, these do not come along very often.
