All seventy seven of the ORIGINAL ISSUE 'Beatles Book' monthly magazines in PERFECT condition!
Each magazine is 6" x 8" & full of wonderful information & photographs of the Beatles.
The first issue was in August 1963, the last in December 1969.
Each copy has been lovingly stored in the official binders with cord separators in a clean, dry, smoke free environment - so even the internal staples are gleaming as new.
All the magazine corners are sharp, the printing crisp, the pages WHITE, the competitions uncompleted.
Every magazine is uncreased, unscuffed - perfect !
Not that this matters at all, but from issue Twenty onwards, there is a name written in each magazine in ballpoint pen. This was common practice at the time in distributors & in no way detracts from the pristine 'feel' of the set.
The binders too are unmarked, unworn, unscuffed - Perfect in every way.
The cords separating the issues within are still gleaming white.
To round off this extraordinary find, the set is complete with the original headed letter that was supplied with issue seventy seven detailing the end of the series and informing the original owner that they are still owed seven shillings and sixpence !
Needless to say, most of these were thrown away over thirty five years ago.
Should I bore you by telling you that even this letter is perfect, white, uncreased apart from the original quad folds ? Well, I have anyway.
This set, although considerably cheaper, ranks alongside the Mint black & gold label stereo 'Please Please Me' in rarity in this condition. An incredible set that will not disappoint.
Buy this while you can - Man will probably be landing on Mars before we see it's like again ... maybe not even then.
