Our Sales and Service Team If you are excited by selling and can deliver outstanding service to customers then we'd love to hear from you. Our sales and service teams work with existing customers at all times - no cold calling here. Customer contact is by email and telephone. Many customers want and deserve the one to one personal service that comes with collecting niche product. You will of course have an appreciation for the "collecting mentality"; you'll be friendly and professional and see every point of contact as a potential opportunity. |

From getting product into our database to the research and actual acquisition of it, there are many opportunities to get your hands on the 'rare' stuff. You will bring to us a genuine passion for music and an appreciatiation of tangible formats and why they are desired. From £4.99 to £4999 - you will have the ability to learn, learn, learn - and spot the difference. The devil is always in the detail. You may be happy to support the buying team and process product all day onto the website but efficient and knowledgeable buyers are absolutely key to the business. Our offices are based within walking distance of rural Meopham Railway Station in Kent. Meopham is noted as the world's longest village and is close to the main M25/A2 and M20 motorway junctions so travel to us is easy by car or train - forget the long commuter slog into London every day with everyone else doing ‘regular’ jobs. |
