	BEACH BOYS Pet Sounds (Rare 1966 UK first issue 13-track Capitol rainbow rim label mono vinyl LP - the label design features the Capitol logo on the left side with 'Sold In The U.K.' text above, housed in a front laminated flipback picture sleeve printed & manufactured by Gerrard & Lofthouse with 'Patents pending' text & company inner T2458) Please see 'More Info' for further details ... Tracklisting: The eleventh studio album by the American group, released on the 16th May 1966, this was initially met with a lukewarm critical and commercial reception in the United States, but received immediate success abroad. Now regarded as one of the most influential pieces in the history of popular music along side The Beatles Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band (released in 1967). Condition The front laminated flipback picture sleeve shows a few light signs of light discolouration, grading VG. The colours remain bright & vivid & all text is clearly legible, with obvious creasing/ringwear. The edges are sharp with no seam splits. The labels have no writing or tears & just a few minor spindle marks around the centre hole to show play. The vinyl shows its fair share of scuffs and hairlines (mainly grouped around the end of Here Today and I Just Wasn't Made For These Times) and grades as G with noise in those places.
