WHEATUS Wheatus (2016 UK/EU limited edition 10-track LP pressed on 180-gram black vinyl. The self-titled debut album from New York alternative rockers Wheatus, featuring their worldwide hit "Teenage Dirtbag". Originally releasedin 2000, the album was recorded in the basement of frontman Brendan B. Brown's mother's house - a fittingly DIY setting for the band's blend of catchy melodies, witty lyrics, and punk-inflected pop hooks. Propelled by the success of "Teenage Dirtbag" (UK #2, US #7, Platinum in the UK), the album also spawned further singles including the Erasure cover "A Little Respect" and "Wannabe Gangstar" / "Leroy".
