YES Yes (Early 1970s US issue of the 1969 8-track stereo LP
on the green & orange Atlantic label, the self-titled debut
studio album from the legendary British prog pioneers.
Showcasing a rawer, psychedelic-tinged sound before their
shift toward the grand symphonic style that would define
them in the 1970s, the album includes standout cuts such as
Beyond And Before, Looking Around, and their inventive
reworking of The Beatles’ Every Little Thing.
Housed in a unique pasted picture sleeve featuring the early
US-only artwork with the band posed among stone statues – a
stark contrast to the UK release’s more subdued design,
pasted picture sleeve complete with the original printed lyric
insert. The sleeve displays moderate edgewear and
shelfwear, whilst the vinyl itself remains in Excellent
condition with just a few light signs of play SD8243).
