Me</I> marked a new phase for <B>Fleetwood Mac</B>with
<B>Bob Welch</B>'s pop sensibilities coming to the fore.
Welch contributed half of the album's songs, including the FM
radio staples <I>Hypnotized</I> and <I>Keep On Going</I>.
<B>Christine McVie</B> adds further depth with standout
tracks such as <I>Just Crazy Love, Believe Me, The Way I
Feel</I> and the beautifully restrained <I>Why</I>. Also
included is a spirited take on <I>For Your Love</I>,
originally written by Graham Gouldman and popularised by
The Yardbirds. Blending Welch's dreamy pop leanings with
McVie's melodic songwriting, <I>Mystery To Me</I> helped
pave the way toward the band's later superstardom.
