Condition :-
The sleeve is in decent shape, free from tears, with just some light discolouration/creaasing notable to the rear of the sleeve, but holds it's shape well after all these years.
The sleeve is front laminated with round ended flipbacks & is folded over at the spine, confirming a first issue. The 'CBS is a trademark' text is at bottom right.
The spine is still clearly readable & the front also shows no evidence of fading or age yellowing. There is light evidence of general shelfwear (mainly to edges) with the lightest of corner scuffing.
This copy has obviously been stored well indeed & would be graded VG
The vinyl on this copy, shows several obvious light marks.
When played, there is a certain level of ambient crackle evident, although nothing excessive.
On the look of this record you could possibly grade it as an VG copy, however due to the underlying background noise when play tested it has been graded as G.
An acceptable, if not perfect, copy of this fifty+ year old first press classic album at a seriously advantageous price!
