Condition
Like most copies the black shrink has receeded from the opening edge and has a small split with an unmarked custom circular title sticker on the front. The Black shrink wrap on this variant has multiple pin holes for venting.
The main picture sleeve also features a different variation in design, usually the top & bottom corners of the spine are pinched / tapered, however this example isn't. We always thought that all first issues had to have this, however after researching, we have found out that some were issues like this, which could also be why the shrink is slightly different.
The lyric card inner has the cropped edges. It remains a lovely off white & is unsplit, showsing just a very little wear with just light foxing to the inner. The postcard remains near 'as new' & completes this rare package.
This has A1/B3 matrices, which confirms this to be a first issue.
The vinyl is Excellent with a paper scuffs and some light hairlines, with no real sign of spindle wear.
A very nice example.
