SEX PISTOLS/VARIOUS D.O.A (Scarce 1981 Japanese
promotional-only 28½" x 20" full colour poster for the
celebrated High Times Punk documentary, depicting a
fantastic picture of a Soo Catwoman style punk rocker lying
on the road in front of a car with a safety pin through its tyre,
with the title in English below and Japanese text saying
'Legendary Punks The Sex Pistols' as well as English text
detailing all the artists featured in the film. Printed on thick,
glossy paper, this poster would have been originally used to
advertise the film, however this copy appears usused, as it
doesn't have the usual pin-holes found in the corners of such
posters that have been displayed, and despite a little light
creasing, is free from any major folds or tears. A wonderful
item in fantastic condition, plucked from a small bookshop in
downtown Tokyo, surely never to be located again, perfect for
framing and displaying).
