VARIOUS Murderers' Home & Blues In The Mississippi Night (1976 UK 20-track double LP, collecting authentic recordings from the Alan Lomax collection of negro folk music, half recorded at the Mississippi State Penitentiary, Parchman, USA, 1947.The 'Blues In The Mississippi Night" half documents semi-professional musicians on a portable disc recorder from 1942, gatefold picture sleeve complete with the four-page booklet insert. The sleeve is Excellent with some faint ring wear on theback & the vinyl discs appear Near Mint with few signs of play VJD515).
