COMUS First Utterance (Monster Satanic Prog Folk 1971 UK 7-track LP, the cult debut by the British Wyrd Folk band conjuring a unique blend of folk-rock, magick, alchemy & the avant-garde. The gatefold picture sleeve features captivating artwork by Roger Wootton [lead singer & songwriter of the band] & comes complete with the original illustrated lyric insert. This copy was part of an extensive collection which for the most part had lain untouched for half a century due to the sprawling nature of not just the records, but of other assorted items that had been collected. Aside from a shallow bend to the very tip of the bottom right corner, the sleeve is Near Mint, whilst the vinyl is likewise Near Mint with only one faint spindle mark to indicate quite possibly the only time it ever graced a turntable!
