1976 Dutch exclusive 5-track 'BOEK EN PLAAT' book club vinyl LP
which combines side one of 'Hot Rats' with side two of 'Burnt Weeny
Sandwich'. Limited to a mere 500 copies, this scarce LP also
has a unique front laminated pasted picture sleeve. Much sought after
& seldom found, this unique compilation is in great condition with some
light edge & surface scuffing with a little yellowing to the reverse cover
throughage, otherwise displaying only minimal shelfwear. The vinyl,
with matrix #030976, is showing some light cosmetic hairline marks to
indicate play awarding this copy a grading of excellent playing
condition. The A side label is titled 'Hot Rats' & lists 'Son Of Mr. Genes'
with the B side correctly listed as 'Burnt Weeny Sandwich' but crediting
a 'Frank Zapa'. This LP was never available for retail sale & was not
released anywhere else in the world in this configuration - A very
respectable copy of a very rare FZ pressing and highly recommended!
