Parked somewhere between punk, glam and hair metal, Murderdolls offer an insane mix of style and sound to party to. 'Women and Children Last' is a dirty dose of whisky-soaked riffs, satanically sleazy solos and infectiously invasive choruses. Which means it's what the Murderdolls do best, but even better [and filthier] this time around. The album features heavy tracks like first single 'My Dark Place Alone' and 'Chapel Of Blood' that will surely have Slipknot fans pricking up their ears. At the other end of the scale, tracks like 'Nowhere' and 'Summertime Suicide' provide the sing-along, 'pop' moments. Mick Mars, guitar wizard for the eternally debauched Motley Crue, makes a guest appearance on the album providing solos for 'Blood Stained Valentine' and 'Drug Me To Hell').
