HAWKWIND Sonic Attack (2010 issue UK 20-track digitally remastered 2-CD album set - Atomhenge [the home of Hawkwind's catalogue from 1976 – 1997] continue their series of definitive reissued editions of these classic albums with the release of 'Sonic Attack'. Originally released in 1981, the album was Hawkwind's first for RCA Active and introduced a new-line-up of the band featuring Dave Brock, Harvey Bainbridge, Huw Lloyd-Langton & Martin Griffin. This 2010 edition comes expanded with a Bonus 10-track CD including both sides of the 'Angels of Death' single, previously unreleased studio session alternate takes and early demos recorded at Rockfield Studios. Presented in a picture slipcase complete with a lavishly illustrated booklet containing extensive sleevenotes).
