CARPENTERS 35th Anniversary Collector's Edition (Mega rare 2003 Japanese promo sample copy of the limited edition numbered remastered CD box set, this copy was issued to radio stations and reviewers ahead of the actual release. Released only in Japan and contains all thirteen studio albums released between 1969 and 1989 featuring the original vinyl mixes. Custom stamped inner rim on each disc with their own replica LP style card picture sleeve, inner and record labels. Thefirst album 'Offering' has its original artwork and not the later 'Ticket To Ride' cover, 'Now And Then' has the complete tri-fold cover, and 'Passage' has the gatefold cover. All housed in a promo stickered 5¾" x 5¾" x 3" gold embossed black fliptop box which is numbered on the bottom with this copy number 43, with the original obi sticker attached to the top of the lid. Also includes mint condition black fabric handkerchief with custom band logo in striking gold lettering - A stunning and highly collectable item UICY-9345/5T).
