HEAVEN AND HELL Live From Radio City Music Hall (2007 US limited edition 3-disc box set from the rock supergroup featuring the legends Ronnie James Dio, Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler and Vinny Appice, comprising a 15-track Two CD album anda 19-track NTSC DVD containing the live performance along with bonus features, including 'Meet The Mob' and 'Heaven And Hell Road Movie', in 6" x 8" silver embossed book style glossy textured case with integral booklet, nine postcards, ticket andlaminated pass. Also includes a blotter pad with black velvet cover and silver embossed crest containing tour programme and five colour photographs, all within a 13" x 9" x 2" black & silver. This example remains in the open shrink and remains in a 'near as new' condition. This example has an added insert listing the UK tour dates at the back and includes a bonus metal keyring and fabric bandana)
