The Beatles Air Flite Hat Case US memorabilia

This wonderful piece of original US memorabilia was one of a number of carrying cases made circa 1964 by Air Flite Industries. This particular style was only manufactured in two colours - red and blue.
The case is circular with a diameter of approximately 13", although it is flat at one end with four metal studs so it can be placed standing. It is covered in smooth red vinyl and has a black and white group picture printed in the centre of the zip-fastening lid, with the classic Beatles logo and facsimile signatures above. The wrist strap is still attached to the top with the original metal fixing.
There are pen marks inside the lid, with a very small split in the vinyl at one end of the zip, however all other edges and seams are secure and the lining is complete. The metal fixings have rusted slightly, but amazingly, the zip is still in perfect working order, and the images on the lid are bright, clean and sharp with VERY little general wear to the exterior - extremely hard to find in this condition!
