This album was an important part of the 60s British RnB movement but rarely surfaces for sale.Ideal for Animals, Rolling Stones, Deep Purple, Alexis Korner, Georgie Fame, Yardbirds, Zoot Money, John Mayall & Who collectors alike, 'Art Gallery' is packed with some choice nuggets & obscure covers, the album title alone hinted at a much bigger 'art rock' movement to come in Britain. ART WOOD Page Of An Autograph Book (5" by 4" page from an autograph book that was part of an extensive collection obtained by the wife of a former Assistant Tour Manager for Eric Clapton. Well known and a personal friend of many of the stars t hat she collected autographs from, she had unprecedented access to backstage areas and VIP Events that enabled her to amass a vast collection of autographs with consequent impeccable provenance. This particular autograph was obtained on 28th April 2004 at The Eel Pie Club in London and is a nice unhurried & dedicated example)
