Misprint The first pressing of this release was withdrawn when Sony realised Bowie's name had been misspelled, as "David Bow", on the spine of the card sleeve. They also sent replacement sleeves to identified purchasers and asked them to return the misprint.

Erroneus Item Description As a David Bowie fanatic I am constantly perusing your fine site to look at items to acquire in the near future, but today I noticed an erroneous listing-you list BOWC5ZI169678 as a promotional CD, but it's not. In reality it is a replacement CD (hence the company designation as BEEBREP 2).
To quote: "The first batch of CDs had a mispressing of CD2, as it included 'Ziggy Stardust' from the 16-05-72 session twice (rather than from the 18-01-72 and 16-05-72 sessions). EMI corrected the matter by sending out a replacement disc (EMI BEEBREP 2) with just the missing track."

Additionally I own a copy of this CD and it is accompanied by a slip of paper from: EMI Records Group UK & Ireland EMI House, 43 Brook Green London W6 7EF

Addtionally it does not bear any indication of being a "Promotional Disc" (either a sticker or printing on the disc itself), that usually emblazons such discs.
I bring this up so that you can have the correct data for all of your fine DB items.
