jenny connell Colchester, Essex UNITED KINGDOM Created Sat 30th Sep '06 02:20 (GMT)Review: Recently bought this and it's excellent. The interview with Mick is very good and answered a lot of questions I had about the title and content of the album Love and the Russian Winter. Now when I listen to the cd it makes a whole lot more sense. I now own several of the tour books (alas, I'm late to the SR experience and have yet to see them live - but it's my next big ambition) and they are all worth owning, as they give real insights into the writing of the songs on the relevant album being promoted during the tour. Also there are some great photos of Mick and the other members of the band (at the time - it's interesting to track the changes in personnel over the years) and all of them are first class in terms of presentation. So don't hesitate - buy it now![reply to this topic ]
