Anniversary Limited Collectors Edition set, comprising their legendary
eponymous debut CD which is often cited as one of the greatest indie
albums of all time, remastered for the first time by original producer
John Leckie & Ian Brown. Also includes a 13-track 'Extras' remastered
CD featuring all the A & B Sides, including the 9:53 full length version
of 'Fools Gold', plus a 15-track 'Lost Demos' CD, including the
previously unreleased 'Pearl Bastard'. The entire album with 'Extra'
recordings is also included on a 3-LP set pressed on 180gram
Vinyl & complete with a lemon-shaped USB containing all the
audio recordings, promotional videos, ringtones, wallpapers,
previously unseen John Leckie home video footage of the recording of
'Fools Gold' and five previously unheard Backwards tracks(!), all
housed in a lavish 12" gold-leaf embossed box containing a
48-page bound book crammed full of unseen photos & comments from
Ian Brown, Reni, Mani, John Leckie & liner notes by John Robb, those
involved 20 years ago & high profile fans telling their stories, including
Noel Gallagher, Mark Ronson, Tim Burgess, Bobby Gillespie & more.
