Dirty dancing is one of my fav films of all time, some fantastic songs featured. Cry To Me has to be the best. i don't really know Solomon Burkes material. but with a good song like that i am willing to listen to some of his stuff. | [reply to this topic] |

issued as part of the Charly R&B series - much underrated,
the voice of Burke should be talked about with the likes of
Otis Redding or Wilson Pickett. Although never achieving
much commercial success, his songs have stood the test of
time & the title track of this album was featured in the movie
'Dirty Dancing'. The picture sleeve is still in the open
shrinkwrap with the price sticker attached underneath & the
vinyl still looks barely played CRB1075)
