Review: Marilyn Monroe: Let's Make Love 1960 UK Phillips pre
I was thrilled to get this beautiful, mint UK pressing from EIL! I was surprised to see a 50 year old album in such a lovely condition. The soundtrack has been issued in the states on Cd with bonus tracks. I was surprised to find that the title track with Monroe doing the majority of the lead vocals was not featured on the vinyl release! The Cd version has the vocals way up front, where on the vinyl the vocals have a background echo that is very noticeable. If I ever have the extra cash, I may buy from EIL again. My first experience with them was wonderful, got the record very quickly!		[reply to this topic]
Marilyn Monroe Let's Make Love Vinyl LP Record xx UNITED KINGDOM MLNLPLE476926Re: MARILYN MONROE Let's Make Love (Rare 1960 UK 9-track 'microgroove' mono LP on a 'rough' textured black & silver Philips label, the original soundtrack recording to the motion picture with songs by Sammy Cahn, Jimmy Van Heusen and Cole Porter, as arranged by Lionel Newman. Despite a 1'' seam split to the spine, the front laminated flipback picture sleeve is otherwise excellent along with the vinyl - a great Monroe collectable! BBL7414)

I would like to know how much the Marilyn Monroe Danish picture disc AR30031 is worth and also Marilyn Monroe picture disc of `when I fall in love` ZOOM X6 is worth as I have both of them. They are in mint condition.and I know are extremely rare.		[reply to this topic]
