Watched him solo acoustic at now defunct HEAVY STEAM MACHINE disco in Stoke on Trent in early 70 s
He was backing a rock band (i can't remember who)
I spoke to him after his set at the bar, he told me about the album and the next day 8i ordered it at my local record store.
