Shoebox Addlestone, Surrey UNITED KINGDOM Created Wed 18th Jan '12 21:35 (GMT)Nick Lowe - Bowi Hi Might have missed the Pun here, there are no "Live" tracks on this record. The "Live" Side Features "Born A Woman" as Sung by Sandy Posey around 1966 & the "Racket" of "Shake That Rat". The "Dead" Side.....well Just listen.... 'Poor Marie' got eaten by her dogs after she drank her self to death & "Endless Sleep" - bit like never waking up again and a fair bit like being "Dead". Great Ep all the same.[reply to this topic ]

cherylthemuse East Rutherford, NJ USA Created Wed 28th Jul '10 17:34 (GMT)Review: Hard to find, but a must have for any Nick Lowe fan! To my knowledge it's the only compilation that features versions of "What's So Funny 'Bout Peace Love & Understanding" by both NL & Elvis Costello. It also includes a lyric sheet, which means that after months of trying to decipher the bridge to "Now & Always" the mystery has been solved for me.[reply to this topic ]
